Madeira Bay Resort #606 is newly remodeled 1,200 square foot Three-bedroom two-bathroom condo with a private double balcony. Views of marina, sunrises, waterway and islands. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second has a queen size bed and third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a double on the bottom. Amenities include a full kitchen, microwave, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. One parking pass provided.
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

We liked the location of the condos relative to the beach and John's pass, but the unit we stayed in was not worth the price we paid. It was very worn out and in need of repairs and maintenance. Deck furniture in this unit was less than desirable. The bathtub in the master bedroom needs to be replaced! The main bathroom my kids called the "prison" bathroom. Many of the tiles on the floor were cracked and the grout was missing. The frig struggled to keep things cold. All and all not a great experience.

Overall a great place to stay. 3 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk (which is nice to keave the car and walk considering you have to pay to park everywhere). Staff were very friendly and took care of what was needed when asked. Quiet place.

Great place! Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Everything within walking distance and great views. Pictures are not accurate with rental, but everything was still very nice.
