The brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1601 is a three bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. King size bed in the master, queen in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. One parking pass provided. This condo is pet friendly with restrictions ($150 non refundable pet fee).

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very clean and decorated nicely. Easy access in and out of the unit and building. No key to worry about was very nice. Walking distance to shopping and dinner was also a plus! Walk to the beach was short, right across the street.

Beautiful condo! Perfect location for our family of 5 vacation! Easy walk to John's Pass for dinner/drinks, and a very short walk across street to beach. From our end unit, we had peaks at the Gulf and a beautiful Bay View to watch the sunrise.

The unit was beautifully decorated, clean and in the perfect location! We could see the sunrise from our balcony and the sunset on the beach which is just right across the street from the hotel.

The unit was nice & clean. The process for checking in & out was easy. Loved how close everything was. We walked to the beach, stores & restaurants. Also liked that there was a hose available just outside the building so we could rince the sand off before going inside. Would definitely come again.
