The brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1603 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. King size bed in the master, queen bed in the second bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. One parking pass provided. No pets allowed.
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

Rooms were beautiful. I would totally rent unit 1603 again! Beautiful rooms and the view was fabulous! Located within walking distance of Johns Pass for dinners, shopping, bars, music, ice cream, etc!

This condo still smells new and has a lovely view of the marina and beyond. It is nicely decorated and has all the basics. The AC worked well and the beds were comfy. The beach access was a short walk across the street and James Pass with great shopping and restaurants was only a block away. The downsides were no Keurig, no beach towels provided, and only one cheap beach chair. It would also be nice to have more hooks to hang wet towels and bathingsuits. Another chair or two on the balcony would also be nice. We would definitely stay in this unit again.
