The brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1606 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico. King size bed in the master, bunk beds in the second bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is NOT pet friendly. One parking pass provided.
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

We loved the condo and the sunset views are spectacular! We will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family. We really enjoyed walking across the street to the Bamboo Beach Bar! Great live music 7 days a week and great drinks and servers!

Fantastic!! Our unit was super clean and the location can't be beat! All staff were extremely helpful and nice. The pool was clean and while not super big we really enjoyed it!
