Madeira Bay Resort #307 is a two bedroom, one bathroom condo with a private balcony. Views of marina, sunrises, waterway and islands. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second has two twin size beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is pet friendly with restrictions ($150 non refundable pet fee). One parking pass provided.
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

This is our second stay at the resort. We love the location and the size of the units. Overall, our unit last year was in better shape. 307 feels a bit run down but with a little love and attention to some of the things listed, I’m sure it could feel a little more fresh! The rinse-off hoses are too far from the building entrance to be convenient. It would be great to add an extra hose and get those stations closer to the doors. I’m sure people would actually use them then! Pool updates are great!!
