Madeira Bay Resort #309 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second has a full size bunk bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is pet friendly with restrictions ($150 non refundable pet fee). DOGS ONLY - cats not permitted. One parking pass provided.
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

Location was great, especially how close it was to the beach and John's Pass. The unit was clean and generally well stocked. Onsite staff were helpful.

It was a great place to stay. There were a bunch of tiny looking ant bugs on the counter…didn't say anything to the staff but there was. The beds were also hard but we delt with it.

Our stay in room 309 was awesome. The place was extremely clean, bright colors and was not decorated in the typical florida floral look. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the out side deck was a wonderful spot for cocktails and conversation, not to mention coffee in the morning. This place is so well equipped for the beach goers. The Master Closet has everything you need for the beach, Chairs, sand toys, umbrella and even a wagon to haul it all to the beach. You can tell the owners of this condo take great care of it.

We really enjoyed our stay, the proximity to the beach, the heated pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked for food prep. It is great to have people on site from the resort if any needs would come up.

Amazing location! The unit was perfect for my husband and I and my sister. Nice that the bedrooms were spaced out. Could walk to beach and John's Pass. Would definitely stay here again!
