Madeira Bay Resort #313 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. View of marina, sunrises, waterway and islands. Each of the two bedrooms have a queen size bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Tile and wood floors throughout. Flat screen TV in living room. Amenities include a full kitchen, guest printer, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is NOT pet friendly. One parking pass provided.
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

It was okay. The unit was well supplied but I could have been cleaned better. There was food splashes still on the cupboards in the kitchen. Dirt on the guest bath vanity, the place didn't look to be vacuumed. As mentioned above there is mold in the master bath. The unit didn't feel or look as clean as I believe it should have been.

Overall, the place was great! Great location being right across the street from the beach! Many beach stuff provided but remember to bring your own beach towels!

This was a wonderful location. Close enough to the pass to walk. Right at a crosswalk so it was super easy access to the beach. Condo was well stocked with chairs, wagon and anything else we would need for a day at the beach. Everything was excellent

The condo was beautiful and we appreciated there were itmes for the beach such as chairs and boogie boards. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It was nice sitting on the balcony in the morning with coffee and being able to see the ocean.

Excellent place to stay! Very clean, ample room for our family of 5, and a very close walk to the beach and to John's Pass. We were especially grateful that the unit had everything we needed to enjoy the time at the beach (beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, coolers, a wagon, a fishing pole, and a few sand toys).

My family and I had a wonderful stay over spring break. Everything we needed was right there for us. The condo was clean and updated. We were so impressed with how kid friendly everything was… child sized plates and silverware, 2 pack and plays, a cute little bunk bed room, high chair, tons of beach chairs, toys and a convenient wagon. Easy check in process, friendly staff and a short walk to the beach and John's Pass. Highly recommend.

Excellent location and property! I loved enjoying my coffee on the balcony every morning with the view of the marina. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and the beach wagon and all the beach gear was so awesome to have! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the beach which was just a short walk across the street. Bring your own beach towels! Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We loved our stay and can't wait to return!
