We ended with this last-minute booking, because unfortunately we were scammed from a previous booking and had nowhere to go. Leanne, at Caprice, was so kind, understanding and helped us find a new place to stay, who checked us in, was also very kind and helpful.

Sad that someone broke one of the elevators and guest had to wait someone's at least 15 minutes for the other elevator when it was very busy.
Overall the building has gone down hill from just two years ago. Sad.
